1. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling a service, accepting a quote, or allowing work to begin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full. This agreement is binding even if you do not sign a separate document.

2. Services Provided

HoneyDo Helpers provides general handyman services including, but not limited to: drywall repair, fixture installation, furniture assembly, painting, caulking, and other home maintenance services.

3. Service Area

Our standard service area includes Milwaukee, WI, and surrounding suburbs. Requests beyond this area may incur additional travel fees, which will be disclosed in advance.

4. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are based on the information you provide and/or a visual inspection. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen conditions arise. You will be informed of any changes prior to continuation of work.

5. Booking, Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments may be scheduled by phone, online form, or email. Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less notice or failure to be present at the time of service may incur a fee.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind our work. Most services include a 90-day workmanship guarantee. Materials and products are covered by their respective manufacturers’ warranties.

8. Limitations of Liability

HoneyDo Helpers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, materials, or structural issues not disclosed by the client.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide clear access to the job site and notify us of any hazards (e.g., mold, leaks, asbestos). Pets and children must be kept away from work areas for safety.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a job site is unsafe, outside our scope, or if we encounter abusive or threatening behavior.

11. Privacy

Your personal information will only be used for communication, billing, and service purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website and is effective immediately upon posting.
